Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

I went to Active listings and the Summary & Search are missing.  Please EB stop changing the design of the pages.

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

I agree!  All day I've been trying to find the (no-longer-there) box at top of my seller page, when I click Active Listings.   It always gave me the $ amount of my bin listings, and the dollar amount of my items currently bidding (in green numbers).  Now I see just how many items I have listed, and in tiny black/gray letters I see the $ amount bidding, and a couple other tiny print things.  Also I don't see the number of items I have ending today.  Those items are extremely helpful to sellers, so I'm hoping this is just temporary!

Don't know what you mean by summary but the search box is that first tab on the left......  If you want to search descriptions....click on the little gear thing......

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

They changed the Tile for Listings a few months ago.  All the info is still there, but sometimes you have to dig for it a bit.  I have no clue why they thought this was an improvement, nor do many other sellers.  We have discussed it a few times in the Seller Community here.

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

Another horrible pointless re-design. For years I go to my seller hub and in big text I see the number of items I have listed in my eBay Store, the total price of all those items combined, and the numbers of "watchers" for all items.  Now the number of items / total price is in tiny numbers/letters, and I cannot even find the number of watchers, which is important to me as I list almost daily and an uptick in watchers sometimes means upcoming purchases or at least interest. And though the "Summary" is there in the tiny box, yes now it is just pointlessly smaller.  My opinion:  It was not broke, this is not a fix, this is not an improvement, this is just worse.

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

Got a feeling that many of the current changes involve phones. Making things phone friendly. If I am right, I would understand making shopping easy for phone people, but how in the world do sellers (especially sellers with a lot of listings and sales, questions and such) using phones... print orders, labels, csv reports etc. AND...By removing the option for sellers to see current running auctions in the order they were listed instead of by filters ie.... watchers, bids, etc is not good.

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

It's annoying me as well.  I'm accustomed to refreshing my listing page to be able to see at a glance if I have available offers to send out, now for me it looks like I have to also click on 'offers', adding a step.

So useless! I can’t see how many have bids! This change is incredibly bad.

Yes you can, you just have to sort the list of active listings.  I don't have any auctions, so I can't show you, but maybe someone will come along that can.

But you can play with the Active listings screen and find the correct sort.  Annoying YES, but the info is still there.

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

Yes, the info is still there, but now I have to drill down through pull down menus. How is that an improvement?

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

Some of us sellers had that format changed a few days ago.

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

Adding to my post above..  I'd recommend sending complaints in the ebay "comments" section at the top of your seller page.  I've sent at least 10 so far!  Maybe someone will hear us.  Also, I have a 2nd account, and the format didn't change on that one.. hmmm, anyone else?

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

My Seller Hub just changed today, January 8th, 2025.

This is just another example of someone at eBay who has to justify their job by making changes, even if it's for the worse.  And as usual, in this case, IT IS FOR THE WORSE!!

And just as cinema_visions states above, when I go to my Seller Hub and "in big text I see the number of items I have listed in my eBay Store, the total price of all those items combined, and the numbers of "watchers" for all items.  Now the number of items / total price is in tiny numbers/letters, and I cannot even find the number of watchers, which is important to me".

It's VERY IMPORTANT to me too and now I can't figure out how to change it back!

At least give us the option to opt out eBay!!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

Re: Did Ebay change the Seller Hub again????

There are multiple threads on this. The only choice we have is to leave comments and feedback on the listing page. But that is if ebay chooses to listen to its sellers.
