I’ve mentioned this before, but here goes AGAIN. Having 3 charts saying
3 different things is confusing.One chart says I have 27 FREE listings
left. Then the other says I have 218 Listings left. So does this mean
deduct the 27 from the 218 leaving 19...
I use a spreadsheet to keep track of goods bought to resell; cogs; date
it sold; how much; profit/loss.The last column is "refund".If I buy
(example) a Widget for $1 to resell. Price it at $10. It sells for $10
and The buyer returns it. In the REFUND...
I got a message about a shirt I sold. Mailed on November 21 and today
Nov 25 the buyer said it wasn't tracking, where is it?I checked and sure
enough it wasn't tracking, so I thought - it's lost or stolen or

Maybe its better if I give you a screenshot. Here's the transaction. The
Widget cost me $1 and I refunded $23, HOWEVER, I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM
RETURNED PER AGREEMENT. The money never hit my account. In my
spreadsheet am I listing- $1- or Shipping ...
If the $10 Never hit my bank account, then it wasn't a sale; correct?So
would I not record it as a sale?So really all I lost was the $1 I paid
for the widget? and the $1 is recorded in the returns/refund column?
Buyer received the item. I messaged him that he could pay me through
paypal. If he doesn't pay- which I don't think he will, then I intend to
"report buyer" and block him.That's all I can do; right?
Thanks glory. I forgot about that because I don't get "not tracking"
claims at all. This is probably the 1st one I got this year and I forgot
that I can put in a missing mail claim and that triggers the scan and
location.I jumped the gun. Just hoping...
