It's annoying me as well. I'm accustomed to refreshing my listing page
to be able to see at a glance if I have available offers to send out,
now for me it looks like I have to also click on 'offers', adding a
step.
Yeah, that's fair. I posted in this thread having been searching for
other people encountering issues recently (since what happened on the
19th), but you are quite correct, that was an issue with selling, not
buying.
Ok, I have an update. I chatted with eBay support for a while and it
seems that the issues I was encountering today (not seeing shipping
price / handling options) were from 'Business Policies' being enabled. I
