Community Connection Thread: Pets Edition

Welcome to our first engagement post of 2021! We plan to post a fun off-topic thread every two weeks so we can learn more about one another. After two weeks, we’ll post a new fun topic.

Our first topic is pets (how could it be anything else?) 😀 We know we have a lot of avid pet owners and it certainly brightens our days to see you share stories and pictures about them.

This is your chance to tell us all about your pets’ quirks, personalities and most importantly, sharing lots of pictures. We want to see those cute little faces. 

As always please keep the conversation on topic and be respectful of each other. This thread will remain open from 1.29.2020 to 2.11.2021.

 This is my Buds...he was a rescue dog, found abandoned in the desert. I adopted him in 2011 and I love him with all my ❤. I just had him shaved down and he is so cold so he's got a new sweater on. He's a Bichon/ Maltese mix and my 3rd Bichon.

     He has 5 outdoor beds and 2 inside beds and he has a girlfriend named Cassie. He watches the Big bang theory, The Zoo and he likes Cassandra Jones our weather girl in Vegas.

     Buds adores Iowa grass at " resters" when travelling, he loathes Wyoming rest stops! He loves Fresh pet turkey bacon treats and mommy's lap.

Oh my goodness @silverstatetreasureboxes , what a looker! I just know that little face is capable of some devastating puppy dog eyes. I am with him on the Wyoming rest stops (I'm originally from Wyoming and they're terrible).  Thank you so much for sharing him with us!

     Lol! Ahhh Happy Jack rest area anyone?  Place should be banned! But the Quality Inn in Rock Springs has the best grass for doggies ever!!! If anyone has doggies that is the place to go!

 Lucky...waiting on a road trip about 2 years ago. 🥰He is an amazing 9 year old. 

As my husband fought cancer, he would not leave his side. He is a gift.

here are my rotten mutts... both on the top and the bottom left are rescues...
