I had a buyer leave me negative feedback. She never contacted me to resolve the issue. I would have been willing to refund or replace the item. I am trying to reply to the feedback, but when i click reply nothing happens. I have tried to reply on my phone, laptop, and tablet and it all does the same thing. does anyone know what would cause this issue?

Leave a calm, factual reply stating that you would have accepted a return and would have refunded in full, and that you regret the breakage in shipping, but you were never contacted so you could resolve this.
And then just leave it.
That's my advice.
(I agree with a return being more money than it's worth).

If you visit Tyler's post here on the tech board, it will give you the ALERT number to provide Customer Support, along with the things they'll need for the ticket. Well that's not helpful, as there is no ALERT number for "reply to feedback button not working."

That's because you're replying to a thread that's a year old and the ALERT from a year ago was resolved.
If you're running into a new issue or a recurrence of an old issue, it's better to start a new discussion thread for assistance @terrafirmatx.
