Sales tax Mystery?

Over the weekend I sold 2 items for exactly the same price and shipping cost. Both items are shipping to California, but the sales tax differs by 3 cents. 27 cents for one item and 24 cents for the other. Shouldn't the sales tax be the same for both?

Refund sent to wrong customer by EBay

Anybody else had a shipping refund sent to the wrong customer by EBay? I sent a combined shipping partial refund and it showed up on a different customer account. EBay says sorry we already sent the refund and I'm just out of luck.

Reserve fee

I was charged $127 for a reserve fee, had I know the amount of the fee I wouldn't have put a reserve. Is there a way to reverse this? Get my money back?
