Can I sell The Hulk item on eBay?

Can’t find a list of VeRO companies. I have some old pkgs of paper napkins and one is of the Hulk from the movie show. Can I sell on eBay? They are copyrighted by Marvel and Universal on the sealed pkg. Don’t want a vero takedown.

I do remember a post awhile ago here that the sellers Marvel items were pulled because he was not a licensed dealer, so I would presume they are on the Vero list. Unless thats changed.

Companies don't have to be part of Vero.

They can still do take downs regardless.

You have to make sure whoever produced the item was licensed to use Marvel (Disney) copyright protected material.

If they are legitimate licensed napkins then there should be no problem.

If they were unlicensed when made you could have a problem.

Then I would STRONGLY suggest that you include a picture of that in your gallery pictures.
