The only way to connect with buyers is to ship their items ASAP.  There is no need for dialogue.

Buyers are not replying because they owe you money. 

If YOU owed THEM money, they would be quick to reply.

Because they are asleep when you are awake.  That is the only LOGICAL explanation.

There is absolutely no reason for a seller to initiate contact with a buyer.

after the sale communication  is sort of frowned upon by ebay

it means things are not as smooth as they should be and it could be indicative of a problem

when you message the buyer or they message you............you loose brownie points

communication after the sale will ressult in a lower DSR score for communication

of course the DSR scores are about as useful as a hill of beans

There's no reason to be contacting buyers.

If they have a problem, they'll contact you.

People do not like being bothered like that and at some point eBay will be notified by upset people
