Why they make sellers link bank account in order to get paid from buyer's is a hassle! Now I have to search to find buyers address and then go to USPS web sight and print my shipping label after having to fill in address information. Plus no discounts! I use my PayPal money to pay for things on the internet. The money made selling on eBay would go into my account. Running out of money because bank gets it. Have to make transfers. Not even an email telling me my item sold. What happened to customer satisfaction and service? Can not even file a complaint now.

I still use eBay labels and pay for them from my eBay pending payments. It works great, and I get the same discounts I always did. Why did you choose to use something different, harder, and more expensive?
Not even an email telling me my item sold.
I still get emails when my item sells.
Running out of money because bank gets it. Have to make transfers.
Have you considered setting up PayPal to draw funds from the same bank account eBay deposits into?

Bring back PayPal!!!
Are you aware of how much PayPal fees have increased in the last year?
Why they make sellers link bank account in order to get paid from buyer's is a hassle!
You only have to do it once- the process took me about 2-3 minutes total.
Now I have to search to find buyers address and then go to USPS web sight and print my shipping label after having to fill in address information. Plus no discounts!
Why not use eBay labels?

Link your eBay bank account to PayPal. No transfers necessary- PayPal will pull funds directly from your bank without requiring a balance in PayPal. My checking account earns interest- why would I want to leave money in PayPal?
Not even an email telling me my item sold.
Make sure your account's communication preferences are set to receive sold item e-mails- and check your e-mail SPAM filters.
What happened to customer satisfaction and service?
Relating to eBay CS? LOL! Those things don't go together.

Why would you do that? Print your Shipping labels via eBay and you will get the discounted rates, as well as additional Shipping methods such as First Class Package that the USPS.com website (Click-N-Ship) doesn't even offer.
You don't have to front the money or wait for the buyer's payment to reach your bank before shipping. Just set your Shipping form to draw the postage from the buyer's pending funds. You will find the setting for that at the lower left corner of the Shipping form.
The funds themselves are not "pending;" it's the transfer to your bank that's pending. eBay already has the buyer's payment, which is why you can use a portion of it to purchase the shipping on-line.

You don't need to do that. Go into your PayPal account and set your default funding source for payments to be your bank account rather than your PayPal balance. That way, any payments you make will draw from your bank without your having to transfer the funds to PayPal in advance. My father uses this setup for his purchases, and hasn't had a PayPal balance in years.

That is what I thought. It is all about Profit. That is why customer service has gone astray. Capitalism running amok!!!

Profit and Customer Service are not mutually exclusive. In fact they are deeply intertwined. The way a business profits is by providing customers with those things a customer wants. Failure to do that and customers leave and profits suffer. The very antitheses of the underlying objective.
Capitalism 101

Why wouldn't you get an email when an item is sold. I always do - I have it set up that I get an email everytime something is sold, and as far as customer information you can just to to the item sold and click on "view order details" and all the information on the customer is right there.

There's also the notification bell at the upper right of most eBay pages that will show a red number whenever one or more notifications are waiting to be viewed. One type of notification is for a new sold item that's either awaiting payment or ready to ship.

For decisions like that is way people move and use other platforms, software shareholders got to understand that these are software companies with nothing special than costumer satisfaction without that ebay is just another one and also with a bad decision like this one more and more companies will offer better costumer satisfaction (seller and buyers)

You can buy shipping on ebay, or I like Pirate ship, it is free, has good discounts, does UPS and you can import shipping direct from ebay
