Why wouldn't you get an email when an item is sold. I always do - I have
it set up that I get an email everytime something is sold, and as far as
customer information you can just to to the item sold and click on "view
order details" and all the info...
Sounds like you listed under GTC (good till cancelled) if you did all
you have to do is end the listing or listings. If you had your listing
in auction it would be ended when the auction time was over.
