So first of all i would like to point out that i am living in greece i have been working with ebay for 4 years and i want your help regarding this totally unfair policy. My store has 99.4% positive feedback and my account is at the risk of a ban from the BBE policy .. I have 4 cases in my BBE (CBT) dashboard that are all for neutral feedbacks (a neutral feedback shouldn't count towards the cbt dashboard since this way there is no point for having a bad review as both will get you restricted) and my account now is restricted with payment holds and selling limit decrease for absolutely no reason .. I have only 1 negative review in a year and my account will most probably close from what i ve researched .. I have contacted customer support a lot of times for these unfair restrictions for 4 NEUTRAL feedbacks and i would like to know if there is any way to decrease my CBT ratio to 1.8% since now it must be around 3.5 to 4.3 ... Please help me save my account from these unfair rules and restrictions i am a good seller .. I asked them how long do these """"defects"""" stay and add to the ratio they told me 12 months which is a lie cause i have had again defects and they went away within 2-3 months but i don't know the exact time (My evaluation window is : 2024-04-14~2024-07-06 and my next evaluation is 2024-08-11) .. I also asked them when will the upcoming bann that i will receive will come for which they didnt answer again ... My account is already restricted for a week now and i don't know for how long the action take status will stay till my upcoming bann occurs ... Please help me revert it you are my only hope if you know a way to decrease the ratio i would highly appreciate it .. When i asked them how to decrease the ratio their only solution was that i make changes so that it wont happen in the future and not how to actually decrease it now ... Please help me and excuse me for my english it is not my native language!

Defects do affect your account for 12 months, but that is for other policies that consider defects, and which have a longer evaluation time.
For BBE, specifically, your account is evaluated over a 12 week period (84 days), ending on "the last Saturday before the last week of your evaluation date". So only defects that were received during that 12 week period are counted (for BBE). This means that, roughly, feedbacks received within the last 90 days will be included, but feedbacks left just before or after the 90 day mark may or may not be included. You can see the 90-day period on your feedback profile.
https://export.ebay.com/en/regulations/ebay-policies/bber/
Figuring out exactly when your next evaluation period will be is complicated, but if your next evaluation date is Aug 11, 2024, then it looks like your next 12 week period will be from May 11 to Aug 3, 2024 (most likely).
Looking at your feedbacks, in "Most recent" order, you have 4 neutral feedbacks (and 0 negatives) in the last 90 days (feedbacks left since May 18). I looked up the the purchase history for the second oldest neutral (which has a picture) and it appears to be from a purchase made on either May 20 or May 29. So that one will be included in your next evaluation on Aug 11, but will probably not be included in the one after that.
I can't tell when the oldest of the 4 neutral feedbacks was purchased, but if that was from a purchase made before May 11, then it will not be included in your next evaluation, so your BBE percentage should get better.
So your BBE rating should get better within 2 months, and possibly with your evaluation next month if one of those neutrals ages off by then.
In the meantime, the best thing you can do is to avoid getting any more defects by making sure that your buyers are happy up-front. Trying to fix things after they go wrong is hit-or-miss, and it's better to avoid problems than to try to fix them.
Several of your feedbacks mention that the items received were not as described, so you should make sure that your descriptions are accurate, and that the models you are selling are accurate representations of the characters. One neutral showed orange hair in the feedback picture, when the item photos showed blonde, and the character is supposed to be blonde.

Sorry for your situation. Reading your feedback, it appears you may have been selling replica items. My guess is your customers might have reported you. Listing them as private can have consequences as well. You still have several listings up for sale. Is eBay not allowing you to list anymore? Restrictions have been known to be re instated, but you have to stay on top of the game. Try reaching out on this link. They are known to be very helpful and perhaps can help you with your issue at hand. Good luck to you:

Based on the reviews people left that I saw at the time I looked (11 Neutral 2 Negative in last 12 month) I think that you are being treated fairly. Unless there is some mass conspiracy between multiple buyers, many of the negative comments were directly related to your packaging. To me that tells me that there is an issue with how you are fulfilling your shipments.
Once in a while the postal barbarians will destroy a package no matter what, but many were detailed about the thin and inadequate packaging materials.
My advice is to take more care in your packaging whether that means buying better boxes or more padding and work through your restriction. After some time passes and you resolve your packing issues you should eventually regain full privileges.
In my experience, the types of items you are selling have attracted some of the most picky customers, so there is that too.

I see over 900 listings........with new items added today.
The only way to overcome the mathematics is to sell more with no problems.........no complaints........no late shipments, no damages in shipping, no not as described claims......... Dropping prices to bare minimum may spur sales.......but if you can't overcome the problems it would be a waste of time and money..... I don't know what the time period is before you would experience more sanctions so even that may not work.......
Fighting about past problems probably won't achieve much..........

You have received 12 non-positive reviews in 12 months. Here are the primary complaints in 11 of those neutrals:
Is your review window really still 3 months? Your feedback does not reflect that sort of volume.

Selling those knock offs from China doesn't work out very good.
Why do your listings say the items are located in Greece, but shipping from China, which is a policy violation.

diostore, you have received excellent advice concerning your situation. The reason for my post is to address two important points: Your usage and feelings of unfairness and referring to receiving a lie.
Were you someone's employee, fair treatment might be an issue, but, as a self-employed entrepreneur, this is business. To be successful, I suggest you remove thoughts of fairness from your mind.
While it is correct that someone uttering a lie and being mistaken are, at least similar, the second is preferable when requesting a variance.

Nailed it.

OP is not "packing" anything.
OP is at the mercy of the company that they are using to drop-ship.
OP has no control over packing or correctness of the item being shipped.
The only light that I see at the end of this tunnel is the oncoming train.

There is no reason to believe that restrictions based on BBE applied to this seller are unfair.

Drop Ship = BBE
as a drop shipper, you may have limited control over product quality and shipping/packaging.

BBe not fair with all seller with 1 bad feedback ebay will ban account . but when used account us you nothing happen with 2 - 5 bad feedback .

The 2 that left a neutral feedback about not getting the item received it eventually they just didn't know how to contact me ... I have 0% on item delivery ! ... Even so if you get ""banned"" for neutral feedback there is no point for it .. It should be negative or positive ...
