So first of all i would like to point out that i am living in greece i have been working with ebay for 4 years and i want your help regarding this totally unfair policy. My store has 99.4% positive feedback and my account is at the risk of a ban from the BBE policy .. I have 4 cases in my BBE (CBT) dashboard that are all for neutral feedbacks (a neutral feedback shouldn't count towards the cbt dashboard since this way there is no point for having a bad review as both will get you restricted) and my account now is restricted with payment holds and selling limit decrease for absolutely no reason .. I have only 1 negative review in a year and my account will most probably close from what i ve researched .. I have contacted customer support a lot of times for these unfair restrictions for 4 NEUTRAL feedbacks and i would like to know if there is any way to decrease my CBT ratio to 1.8% since now it must be around 3.5 to 4.3 ... Please help me save my account from these unfair rules and restrictions i am a good seller .. I asked them how long do these """"defects"""" stay and add to the ratio they told me 12 months which is a lie cause i have had again defects and they went away within 2-3 months but i don't know the exact time (My evaluation window is : 2024-04-14~2024-07-06 and my next evaluation is 2024-08-11) .. I also asked them when will the upcoming bann that i will receive will come for which they didnt answer again ... My account is already restricted for a week now and i don't know for how long the action take status will stay till my upcoming bann occurs ... Please help me revert it you are my only hope if you know a way to decrease the ratio i would highly appreciate it .. When i asked them how to decrease the ratio their only solution was that i make changes so that it wont happen in the future and not how to actually decrease it now ... Please help me and excuse me for my english it is not my native language!
I see that you have had 38 sales so far in August, compared to 50 total for July. So it seems that your sales are picking up a bit. I hope this turns out well for you.
