I would expect his used cover to be returned to you. If this is the case
you can file mail fraud complaints with the USPS and possibly file
criminal charges with the buyer's local police. I'll bet they wouldn't

Please don't fear chargebacks on payment methods like some would have
you do. If you are legitimate and have the proof necessary to win the
eBay case (tracking etc...) you will win the chargeback. This doesn't
