I click the email link, click get started. The mouse turns and turns and it lands back at the get started page.

Cleared cache, tried buyer and seller ID, tried two different browsers. Tried two different computers.

I'm anticipating the catalog rollout like I was when they announced the new Star Wars movie. This is going to be one giant pile of entertainment.

eBay IT has no idea what the terms go-live, Sev 1, or virtual war room mean. They don't monitor and testing is non-existent. You should know all this by now!

Broken for me. Supposedly, no purchase required, but then says you have to buy to get it. Won't let you login to promotion.

Took me around into a constant loop requiring sign in each time! Before launching something like this, ebay should test it to be sure it works on every type of browser.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to conduct a game of chance which one can't actually enter or to offer selective invitations! This is why they have to require no purchase necessary, of course, they don't mention that unless you click on the rules and read further into them.

I don't see how spinning a 'faux wheel' on line can even be truly random, it's too easy to program the software to always land on a non winning space!

Don't most of the 'games' like this have to have a "Chances of Winning" stated in the rules? I didn't notice if this one has. Does it?

A computer keyboard that I've been looking for finally popped up on eBay, so I went ahead and tried this and it worked for me as of 4:40PM Eastern. Of course all I "won" was the boobie prize of being included in a $100 eBay Bucks drawing.

...and that doesn't include the cluster that is now the Active Selling screen, which was dumped on us a couple days ago.
ebay is a strange organization...they have people in charge, but it seems that no one's accountable.

Well I am confused. The promotion finally works and it says “no purchase necessary” but it also tells me to buy an item on eBay motors parts and accessories in order to play? What a stupid promotion! I don’t need anything on eBay motors and it says no purchase necessary. For shame!

To get your free spin,

click on the "official rules" to the right of FAQ.

That opens a PDF file,

scroll down and on page 2 where it says "alternative method of participation" there is a highlite in blue. click that and then you log in to your account and get your free spin.

the 2nd spin requires a purchase of $10 or more as others have said.

This is the same offer I received. I was surprised that no one noticed that we received it today May 11, 2018 and yet it expired May 10, 2018. It expired before it was sent out. Isn't that the same thing that happened the other day with the 100 free promo?

Your screen shot shows it ends June 10th. My email says starts may 10th and ends June 10th
