To answer your question, it is not retroactively applied on my other
shipments still in transit.It looks like it is just for the initial
carrier scan, and stays that way until delivery.
Both items I shipped today. One of the 2 shipments does have an
additional scan since pick up, and the "carrier scan" still remains. It

I see nothing wrong with the feedback. Just maybe, if the buyer has
another issue down the line they may be inclined to message the seller
to make it right. just my opinion.
I would take the advice from @mam98031. The best plan is to stay in
contact with your buyer. Fill out the forms with USPS, I use the text
and emails update, and also fill out a package research request. You
will get a 1st contact email confirming tha...
