I click the email link, click get started. The mouse turns and turns and it lands back at the get started page.
Cleared cache, tried buyer and seller ID, tried two different browsers. Tried two different computers.
I'm anticipating the catalog rollout like I was when they announced the new Star Wars movie. This is going to be one giant pile of entertainment.

Well, maybe during extensive testing, prior to roll-out, the testers used up all the prizes and so it doesn't have anythig left to offer or work with?

Me too. 😞 Ebay can’t get anything right these days.

Hmm.......mine says you have to spend $10 to get a spin. Then the TAC say "No purchase required".
Are they LOOKING for a law suit?

They can't even push out a consistent banner. Which is it, spend $10, don't spend $10 or no purchase necessary.

Are you saying that it took a post from a community chat board to alert you to this issue?
I'm in the IT field and when we have a go-live, we monitor it and make sure there are no problems. If there are, we would call a Sev 1 and work in a virtual war room until it's fixed while notifying the affected parties. But a failure at the level such as yours woudn't have even gotten through our testing phase, much less approved for production.
This makes two major rollout failures in one week. What are you guys doing over there?
