Hello. Is anyone else having problems with the " list an item" function on "selling" page. For the last few hours the page defaults to a photo of ebay shoes. Same for both laptop and I Phone. Any thoughts or fixes?Thanks

Shipping tool issues

Ever since they made this new tool, my shipping costs have gone up AND has handling costs. How do I change it to set my own shipping cost with no handling charge?

Is there a way to use the listing tool they had before the recent change?

We can't edit promotions on our listings.

We promoted some of our listings and now when trying to edit and remove the promoted fixed rate that choice in not shown. Is this a technical issue or some change to the way promotion rates are edited? Thanks.
