Anyone else having an issue with creating or editing a template?
When I create the template and click save - it just hangs in the queue and NEVER actually saves my work.
It just hangs in "Saving Template . . . "
It's driving me nuts - anybody else? Any work arounds? thx!!!

Yes, I've contacted eBay 3+ times now. I've been told they're looking at a fix within the next 3 WEEKS. aka the entire holiday shopping season. We as sellers need to mention this until it is address officially by someone here on the forums.

A lot of people are having the template problem of not saving (see Share eBay Technical Issues). Yesterday, when I called, the guy said they were working on the problem and it should be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. Hmmm - wonder if they are really working on it.

Hello! I do see that a ticket was opened for this issue. If you'd like me to get you added, I'll just need a screen shot of what is happening when you try to save it. They just need that and the username, if it differs from your username here, please be sure to include that if you don't mind it being seen.
Be sure to tag me if you don't mind being added though, I don't want to miss anything. The more examples they get, the faster they can figure out what's going on and get a fix in place.

Yes, it is happening to me for several days and I am leaving messages to comments and feedbacks explaining exactly what is going on. I am trying to edit my templates and nothing happens !!!
I use my computer bookmarks to save the ones I use the most .
As I don't want to forget the important points that I wanted to edit I created drafts with them with
the correct points and I make several copies for each so I opt to have several templates already
waiting for me when I am ready to list.
I hope this will help you meanwhile they try to fix the problem.

I have been having this exact problem of templates not saving and the save icon just hanging since early morning, Nov. 2, 2021. Still not fixed.

I have contacted Ebay and this was the reply.. " The more users that we add to the ticket, the more it becomes a priority as there are multiple users affected! Your account has now been added, and we hope that we will have a fix for this soon! "

I have just discovered something. I just switched to the new lister Ebay has, to try it out and now I can revise my templates. Revising listings with the Classic lister is not working...

I did it through the Ebay Facebook page. you just send them a message and include your name, and address and Zip code that is connected to your account.
