Having the exact same problem with not being able to save templates
since early morning 11/2/21.Was told on 11/2/21 it would take 72 hours

This has been happening to me throughout the year saving drafts. I have
had to redo them. Now I save whatever I do offline in word as backup.
Even worse in the past since early 11/2/21 I have not been able to save
templates at all no matter how long ...
I have been having the same exact problem for the past 24 hours; I can't
save templates. Changing browsers does not affect the problem. Nothing
has changed on my computer. I've tried all the usual remedies clearing
this and that, and restarting etc. ...
