Problem with Shipping Labels

Suddenly I can't open the shipping labels to send an item out today. I keep getting "oops, something went wrong." The tech board shows no issues with shipping. Anyone else?

Bulk Relist not allowing change from package to letter?

It seems that the bulk relisting from Seller Hub does not have the capability to change from package to letter, even though one can change the package weight. What am I missing? I just made the change one-at-a-time on 54 relists!
