I had a purchase of an item of which I have several variations. The buyer did not specify which one. I have messaged the buyer three times with no reply. How do I resolve this as my shipping deadline is today!

This buyer purchased my item but I never got an offer from them. Just purchased the item at a very low price and there is no info or feedback on them. Any advise.

Undeserved restriction because of “eBay policy regulation”

I have spent hours trying to get an explanation for this restriction. So far, I’ve been caught in a fatal loop. Although I’ve been a member of eBay since 1989, I am new at selling.
