I had a purchase of an item of which I have several variations. The
buyer did not specify which one. I have messaged the buyer three times
with no reply. How do I resolve this as my shipping deadline is today!
I am trying to list an item with variations. I have selected fix price
and a category that allows variations. I cannot find the toggle to turn
on variations. No three dots up by the eBay logo, only the circle with a
question mark.
Thanks for the guidance. I tried to set up variations but was unable to
do so on the software available to me so I repeatedly stated in the
description that the price is per bell. I have sold about a dozen of
these to date with no issue.
