Sorry if Im using this as a Bridge but eBay does not answer my problems with a seller, I didn't received my whole refund for this item !!
They only refund a payment I did for the item , But they never refund to me the $15 dollars I paid to send back this X12 Handheld seller is a scammer and does not want to send the money they owe me , eBay HELPME!!!

These seller does not answer me about the money they owe me !!!

EBAY can you please step in on this case !!!!!! Where are you EBAY!?

Did you use eBay's Money Back Guarantee in order to make a claim for item? If so, you would have been provided a shipping label to send the item back to shipper and all fees will have been credited. It does not seem that you did since you paid $15 to ship the item, as such, that fee is not refunded to you.

What was the reason given in your Return request? Was it possibly a remorse reason?

Ebay will not step in and has no way to force the seller to reimburse you for return shipping. Had you filed an item not as described case, Ebay would have provided a return label and charged the sellers account.

Alberto, aprende usar el programa de MONEY BACK GUARANTEE de eBay, nunca tendrias que pagar para tu propio label y asi hacer que el vendedor te lo provea. Si es un pedido internacional, haces que eBay force al vendedor proveerte el dinero.

Veo que compras muchos productos de China, R4, recuerda que la calidad de China es mala, es como comprar en Wish.com

Details you have provided are sketchy therefore it is difficult to help/ guide you.

My understanding of your message is that a return case was opened, item delivered back to seller who issued full refund/ amount shown on the return case. If seller was responsible for return costs then you would have been supplied with a pre paid return label and if seller was in a different country then you should have insisted that sellers pays you postage before you return the item and had seller not done this then I would have expected eBay to close the case with a refund to you and then your seller would either pay you to return the item or you keep the item for FREE.

If you were not required to buy a label to send the item and you decided to purchase the label then seller is not under an obligation to refund this postage charge.
