Sorry if Im using this as a Bridge but eBay does not answer my problems with a seller, I didn't received my whole refund for this item !! 
They only refund a payment I did for the item , But they never refund to me the $15 dollars I paid to send back this X12 Handheld seller is a scammer and does not want to send the money they owe me , eBay HELPME!!!

These seller does not answer me about the money they owe me !!! 

EBAY can you please step in on this case !!!!!! Where are you EBAY!?

What Ebay meant was the seller could have sent you the return label funds thru Paypal...they have no way to retrieve the funds from the seller now since you already paid..its too late.
