Refunding Shipping

I hate this new site, I will never sell on Ebay again.  I just want to refund to shipping overage to my buyers.  Ebay has just lost one more seller.

Why would you need to buy multiple labels for a printer error?

Why didn't you select "reprint label"?

I assume you cannot refund overpaid shipping until you purchase a shipping label? The pulldown doesn't show on a paid, but not yet shipped item. Yet I sent a refund from an item yesterday after I had purchased the shipping label. Can you confirm?

FIGURED IT OUT! The pull down menu appears to be only  a few items.  You have to pull the cursor to the bottom to get the list to show Create refund. You can do this without having purchased the shipping label. Only took a few dozen tries to figure this out - duh - and I've been on eBay since 1996, though my timeline doesn't say that date.

In the beginning you had to ring them and talk at your expense for a long time.  I was/am on a Mac and there were some features that didn't work with Macs.
