All my listings say "no returns". Buyer purchased the item and received it. Buyer then wanted to return item as it did not fit. I did not send a return label before I sent a refund for the purchase price only. Now the buyer wants me to cancel the ref...
So, you can't change the automation on GTCs? That means the item will list forever unless you end it.And fees will keep being billed unless you end the item of course.Anyone else have an issue with this or am I missing a button? or 2?
