Will never deal with ebay again
Customers are put through an inquisition when wanting to return a item
If the product isn't what you expected then you should be able to return the item without being made to feel like you are doing wrong
Also real funny if you from china you have to pay more for shipping than the item cost
Ebay you sure could learn alot from Amazon

Thats never been my experience in returning an item. If the item was not as described, you file a case, and the seller is responsible for return shipping. Since this was an international purchase, the seller cannot provide a return label, but can Paypal you the funds to purchase the label. If he does not, on the fourth day ask Ebay to step in, and they will refund you without you having to return the item.

Buying customers have iron-clad protection. >> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
And it's automated... so don't let it make you feel like you're doing anything wrong, either. Godspeed.

You really could not be more wrong. Please read the MBG
So long as you understand it correctly you will realise there are no 'hoops' just procedures

Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
How are you being made to feel you are doing something wrong?
You open an item not as described case. You wait 4 days for some response from the seller.
No response or an unsatisfactory reply? You return to the case and ask eBay to step in.
There is no point where there needs to be back and forth with the seller as it's all automatic.
