The negative feedback should be the least of your worries as oppose to the return. eBay allows buyers to request returns within 30 days of item deliveries. Please provide more details in order to assist better.

You can only deny return if either its past the return window, or your listing is set as no returns and the buyer has selected a buyer remorse reason.
Otherwise, you are setting yourself up for failure.
