I have a buyer who purchased a beautiful Southwest bracelet from me in May. I offer 30 day returns. She opened a return request yesterday which was just at 29 days. "Said She changed her mind" . I am very irritated at this buyer as she had plenty of time to touch, look, feel, wear this, and she left glowing feedback. Well I will send her a label and she has been blocked.
I feel that 30 days is way to long to "decide" if you like something. I cannot get a straight answer from customer service......(surprise). If I change my returns to 15 days will I loose all my protection and "benefits" as a TRS.
Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, those benefits for TRS are not worth the headache that is causes. Just my opinion.

It's a moot issue anyway. Even if you have no returns a buyer can file a false not as described case and return it at your expense. All retail sellers have to build the cost of returns into their business pricing model. Ever seen the returns counter at a big box store ? it's bedlam.

Your listings offer "free returns" and "seller pays return shipping."
So the buyer was within her rights to return for any reason and you cannot deduct the shipping label price.

It isn’t abuse for a buyer to take you at your word. You offered the terms, and your buyer is just exercising the right that you provided.

Yes.
Seriously just one return made you this mad?
Just wait until you hit the big time.

Irritated because someone put a return request within your return time period? 🙃
