Purchased Brake shoes. They were not the correct parts. Received an USPS return label. Tracking the number, it says it has insufficient address. Now where my package is - no one knows. How am I going to get my refund? Now ebay does not have a phone number to contact them and in help - it says to click on the chat link. There is none.................

If you were provided that label on eBay then it shouldn't matter.
You can contact ebay by going to 'Help and Contact' at top of the page on www.ebay.com.
Scroll down to 'Contact Us'
Select your reason.
On left hand side select 'Chat with automated assistant'
Follow the dialogue by selecting item and issue
Once you are given a dialogue box to type. Type 'Agent'. You will be given 2 options (Chat and Phone) with their estimated wait times.
Contact eBay and let them know the seller provided a bad return address.

When the package is returned and tracking shows it was delivered, you should get your refund.
It doesn't matter where it was delivered as long as it shows delivered.

Totally do not contact the seller about the fake return address @scsic58 and you've no need to reach eBay now. Exactly 7 calendar days after that insufficient address in USPS tracking, eBay will send this message just after midnight Pacific Time:
You should have received a refund by now, scsic58.
Has the seller refunded you for the brake shoes which, like a kid, your car won't wear?
If you sent the item back and haven't received a refund from the seller, please Ask us to step in and help.
When you do, you'll have a refund in a few minutes despite the insufferable address, if it bounced back to you, or lost and still in transit. When you use an eBay return label, not a label you bought yourself, you will get a refund even if there are issues with the return delivery.
