How to issue prepaid return label

Hello sellers-  I have a buyer of 2 Christmas ornaments that says one arrived broken.  They were received well before Christmas and now after Christmas one is broken.  I offered return whole package, both ornaments, all the bubble wrap, and double boxing for refund.  How do I issue a prepaid return label ?  Thanks
