Ron will let us know the current status as well as address your questions. Also, will ebay be issuing credits to sellers whose listings have been invisible due to these item specific glitches that were caused by ebay?  I'm not trying to be greedy here, but business is business and this most certainly is costing me money =(.  Again, an honest reply is most appreciated.  Thank you for your time.

I am worried about my eBay invoice. It is messed up. eBay added my Sept 30th payment which I paid to my current invoice there by almost doubling my current invoice. I know that it's a glitch and we are not supposed to call customer service. But I'm worried that it will not be fixed in time. Do you have any idea when this will be fixed. Thank You.

Hi @mynewfindstore 

Size has been mapped to the "new" fields in our backend, so any existing listings you have will not be blocked when you revise and will be available in search results.  If you are creating a new listing you should start using the new size fields.

Hi @baxterbog This is related to new aspect mandates rolled out for collectibles. Any existing listing is fine. When you go to make changes or relist you will need to provide the newly required aspects.

In all this has your team ever considered the fact that major updates like these should not be done in 4rth quarter which many of us sellers have been saying for years?

Is there an update on manage promotions?  Start times are improving (at least for me), however, end times are still a problem.  I am seeing up to 10 hrs past the set end times.

This is about as lame as it gets. We sellers are demanding answers and you do this? You are out of your minds and this will just infuriate people who deserve real accountability and answers

If it's really mapped, then the size should SHOW in the new fields....how can we trust that it's fixed otherwise?
