Oct - Dec are always my best months due to year end purchases for taxes reasons.
this year, Oct was down and now Nov is going to be one of my worst months. It's like a month from our slow time of year!
I know it's not the industry as our B&M store have been extremely busy, but eBay is dead!
I've gone 5 days now without a sale and that is extremely unusual.
Hi @dentalsales4u - I don't have any reasons why sales would be down for you, particularly (as you say) since tax & budget reasons probably make this a great quarter for you traditionally.
Have you considered contacting CS for a review of your account for any suggestions or comparisons to see if there's anything that could be at play we haven't considered? Our social team is great at reviewing your account for any insight. I prefer Twitter myself (send them a PM) but Facebook also is a great team to work with. Thanks!
