Another annoyance in bulk relist tool.

When changing to calculated shipping if I forget to remove the checkbox for Free Shipping it will still let me enter a handling charge, but erases when saving. Why not disable the control until FS is unchecked?

Promotion for 100 free listings started 1/18, but there was no notice in my eBay mail. eBay stopped sending regular emails to inform of promotions several years ago, and the notices in the eBay email often come a day after the promotion starts. But this time is was THREE days after it started, still no email notice, and I only happened to find out about it because I was checking on my 50 freebies.

Could eBay PLEASE start notifying us of promotions by email? at least in eBay email, but also in regular email if possible.

Hi @vrykalak - as far as I'm aware that has not been altered. While First Class will become zone rated, you are still able to go up to 16 ounces.

I'll double check with shipping and update you as I hear back!

Around that time, the option to download Turbo Lister was removed from the site as well. I don't know how much advance notice will be provided prior to Turbo Lister being fully retired on the .com site. Seller Hub is our focus and we encourage sellers to start utilizing it's features now to help ease the transaction from Turbo Lister to Seller Hub.

AND a couple of years ago, at the time TL was said to be going to be disc., it was promised by Ebay that would NOT happen until SH had ALL the same advantages that TL had......... Unless I can store 1000 listings on SH for an indefinite period of time AND work on it off line.........that promise has NOT been kept..... Could you check and see if it's just going to be another broken promise by Ebay?

Turbolister is still available to download on ebay.com. It is unsupported but it still works and is available.

I get this question several times a week and I'm glad I get it to tell the buyer however how many buyers arent asking this simple question that makes the functionality of the website seem to complexed? How many missed sales or eBay fees are we missing out on because the buyer cannot seem to operate your shipping calculator.
If you are seeing high rate of abandoned carts well this is one of your reasons.

Just a few examples and I can get your more examples but change the quantity to like 10 see what the rates do. For some reason most of the buyers asking are only seeing one option for shipping cost and Im not sure if its a mobile thing or pc checkout but there is certainly a problem

Any luck on helping re-create the problems these buyers are continually having with trying to figure out how much shipping will be or how much shipping is when they reach checkout ? Because today I lost another sale that i would be glad to share the 6 messages back and forth with the buyer. This is a problem that needs fixed.

There has been a problem with your shipping calculator for years I know because I was a loud voice in here last year when the shipping calculator didn't work for 9 months after an update.

So I need some help and I cannot believe I'm the only seller experiencing this. Isn't anyone else trying to sell multiples of the same item with several shipping options ?

Brian, As I recall, what ebay told us was that TL would be retired only after ALL the TL functionality had found its way onto Seller Hub. The impression we were given was that that would happen pretty quickly. It still has not happened, and so people who like TL are continuing to use it because it increasingly appears that you guys will never transfer all the TL functionality to Seller Hub. I would suggest that ebay provide , say, at least 60 days notice. I think that would be reasonable.

I have two pages of UNSOLD items right now.

I'm relisting items on the 2nd page.

Every time I come back to relist another item, I get dumped at the top of the first page.

In olden days, control not only returned to the correct page, but to the item next after the one I just relisted. Would like that capability back. Any chance?

Hi @vrykalak - got a quick confirmation on this one! Yes, you will still be able to use eBay labels for First Class Packages up to 15.99oz. Thanks!
