In post #41 from last week's chat, an update was promised when you heard back from another department. Did I miss it, or did they not answer you for a whole week?

Hi @carlqsportscards - there has not been an update, but when I hear back I will let you know!

New shipping rates will be going into effect very soon. I suppose ebay has at least been trying to negotiate preferred rates for ebay sellers (at least TRS sellers). Any word on that? Or should we assume we are just out of luck?
Hi @my-cottage-books-and-antiques ! We released an announcement earlier this month with some information on this topic. I'm working on getting more details about the Top Rated USPS discount. I'll update this thread when I have more info to share.

At one point, we were told Turbo Lister was going to be deprecated and then eliminated. Can you give us an updated timeline for that?
Hi @my-cottage-books-and-antiques . Turbo Lister will be retired on the European eBay sites next month. We don't have any new details about other sites though (such as the .com site). Until further communication is provided, sellers that have Turbo Lister will be able to continue to use it on the .com site.

I asked a couple of weeks ago if the default duration for Fixed Price listings could be changed from 10 days to 30 days...and it happened!
Many thanks.

Hi Brian - last week beardedbovine questioned as to why we receive the "Your listing can not be promoted at this time" on some of our listings when we go to list. Any update on what the problem is?
Are there only so many promoted listings allowed per category or per % at one time?

Thanks Brian. Any idea how much advance notice sellers will get on this site, before the official retirement date?
@my-cottage-books-and-antiques , just to clarify, we announced that Turbo Lister would no longer be supported a couple years ago. Around that time, the option to download Turbo Lister was removed from the site as well. I don't know how much advance notice will be provided prior to Turbo Lister being fully retired on the .com site. Seller Hub is our focus and we encourage sellers to start utilizing it's features now to help ease the transaction from Turbo Lister to Seller Hub.

Since it looks like a slow week here, I'll ask a completely unimportant question.
When I finish revising a listing, there's 2 buttons to pick from - revise another, or I'm done for now.
(Same goes for relisting)
As far as I can tell, I get taken to the same place no matter what button I hit. Am I missing something?

Will eBay still allow First Class parcels to weigh up to 16oz, when the new rates go into effect?
