Hello eBay,
I have been hit with Vero Trademark infringements and I have been instructed to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. The Vero team provided me their email address. It has now been over a week without a response to my emails.
What recourse do I have if the manufacturer never responds?

Florida residents are still being charged sales tax on legal tender US coins under $500 even though those coins are exempt. Ebay is correctly applying the exemption to coins and bullion over $500, and incorrectly applying that provision to US legal tender coins. There is a subsection of the FL law that exempts US "legal tender" coins entirely. Can we please get some guidance or an ETA on a fix from the tax team on this issue even if a later follow up is required?

It was announced at ebay Open that going forward, ebay will be requiring buyers to provide a payment method with ebay before making offers, then, if the seller accepts the offer, ebay will withdraw the amount immediately. I think many sellers would be happy to see this. Any idea when we should be seeing this? In time for Q4?

Hello again @mam98031! I reached out to Tyler to get additional info and he's still working with the shipping team regarding this Media Mail issue. There is some good news though! He's been told that many of the missing categories have been added back in. If you come across any that qualify for Media Mail but still don't have that option, please be sure to get those reported on the thread you shared so it can be looked into further.

Have not received refund on return.
7/8/21 Requested exchange from seller due to item not as described. Seller said they do not do exchanges, but I can return for refund. Return opened.
7/11/21 I could not find return label, so contacted ebay CS, who emailed return label.
7/23/21 Return delivered to seller. Received ebay message “You got a refund!”
7/27/21 Unable to find refund anywhere. Messaged seller inquired where to find refund.
7/28/21 Received screenshot from seller showing ebay took the money out of his account & telling me to contact ebay.
7/29/21 Contact / call back from ebay CS. Spoke with 2 CS & informed I would have refund coupon on my summary page within 72 hours,
8/2/21 No refund in my account. Contacted / call back from CS & informed the amount was credited to my credit card. Informed CS that I did not pay with a credit card & do not even have that credit card, so it is not linked to my ebay account. Transferred to coupons dept who said no coupon has been requested. This CS said he requested coupon & it should be in my summary within 24 hours.
8/4/21 Still no refund in my acct. Contacted ebay via Help Chat. Explained to 2 CS. CS said I should have email response within 24 hours.
8/10 Still no refund on my summary page, in my linked MP account or Paypal account and no email response. Request / call back from ebay CS. Transferred to selling dept who transferred me to coupon dept who said there was a communication problem & I need to speak to selling dept (which is now closed), so he “guaranteed” I will receive call back “tomorrow morning.”
8/11/21 Still no call back, no email response, no coupon on Summary page, & no refund.
Please help! I want my refund.

Oh I missed something for sure. I thought it was said they were Considering doing this!! Well this certainly is good news.

I sell primarily in Crafts. Each main category has a sub category in which you can list pattern books. To my knowledge NONE of these have been fixed as every day I must go elsewhere to create labels.

I have been trying to set up a promotion for a few months now and have yet to be successful in doing so. I tried again yesterday, but unfortunately no promotion was created.
Thinking that it must be my fault, I contacted support for assistance. After checking with your IT department, the customer service representative advised me that there was a problem that affected more sellers than just me.
Are you aware of this, and do you have a timeframe as to when this problem will be resolved?

Hi @juleslovesvb - @mam98031 gave you some great tips on how to personalize the report for you, but in general:
1. Not automatically - but once downloaded you can remove or hide the columns you don't want to see.
2. Not currently, but I will make sure to put through that you'd like to see an Actual Shipping, Refund Amount and Cost of Item fields added!
3. I'll get that suggested!

Good afternoon Tyler:)
Just a quick question regarding AMEX showing on some listings and not others? It seems to be on items listed in fine jewelry and has been going on off and on for awhile now. It's not Managed Payments doing it as eBay CS said and it's not the Sellers in Managed Payments doing it either.
Some of them have multiple items up and half their jewelry items have it as a payment method and other half doesn't. It's not item price either as I've seen a ring for $20 have AMEX blocked and a $1,000 one doesn't?
In addition a ring I wanted didn't accept it and when I messaged Seller she was able to end listing then relist it; then AMEX did show up and I was able to purchase it.
If this could get fixed that would be great as tho I do have a VISA it is linked with my bank acct and sorry but I will never put my bank acct in here. That's why I quit selling here matter of fact.
