Please clarify the policy on exactly what to do if a buyer sends an Ebay message asking to ship his item to a different address after paying. Examples: He forgot to update address after moving or wants to ship to his daughter at college.

I'm not Tyler, but that's a pretty standard question.
You can accommodate your buyer by cancelling the transaction (use the reason...problem with address), relist the item, and instruct the buyer to repurchase and select/add the desired address when he checks out.
Note that there is a scam going around where someone other than the buyer will make this request to redirect the package to him. So before you do anything, verify that the user making the request has the same ID as your buyer's.

Recently in the seller dashboard under transactions and sales chart for the last 12 months, the seller "all time sales" total is now missing.Is this the intent to no longer show the total of a seller's sales from day 1? I regularly checked it, and I found it to be helpful, I was approaching some goals I had set up and now the all time total sales are no longer displayed.Why can't eBay reinstate this sales total?, or is the seller dashboard going the way of the dinosaurs as so many other helpful seller tools have vanished? Classic selling page comes to mind, sellers being able to "view" your own followers ect ect.It can't be a programming burden to reinstate this helpful seller tool, c'mon eBay throw us sellers a bone!

With regards to the 'all time sales' component missing: I've noticed that too, and it's frustrating. I haven't heard of the Seller Dashboard going away, but I will make sure that your desire to see it back is shared with product. Hoping that you get that bone! 🙂

Hi @itscalledapostingid - @inceptions got it in one. For a seller to be protected they must ship items to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. If the buyer needs to change their address then the seller can cancel the transaction, relist the item, and have the buyer repurchase it with the correct address.

It seems there are more and more posts from ebay users that they are receiving RETURNED items from buyers, and they have no idea why. Many of these users are NOT sellers, and these returns are coming from different people.
Does ebay have any idea why this is happening? And how to stop it?

Speaking of things gone missing...
On Seller Hub, the Today's Feedback link (can't remember the exact name) has disappeared. It was located up above the group boxes on the right...before or after Research recommendations I believe.
Would love to have that restored...

Why, oh why, can't the cart checkout be updated to allow mobile app users to "Request Total From Seller"???
The number of users that are using mobile apps increases all the time. It is a royal PITA to not have that function available.
