Hello
FYI When buyer's make a purchase and adds a note for the seller during checkout, that note becomes apart of the Order Details. But if the buyer wishes to print a copy of the Order Details and uses the Printer Friendly Page located near the top of the right side that note from the buyer to the seller is not there and is not printable.
As a buyer I always print a hard copy of my eBay purchases since most of my purchases are made for the purposes of resale. That note to the seller will often times include information that I may need access to down the road.
Is it possible to pass along as a request; to add the "Note To Seller" to the "Printer Friendly Page of the Order Details; to the appropriate department.
This is the Order Details Page
This is the "Printer Friendly Page" of the Order Details Page with
NO NOTE TO THE SELLER.
That's a great suggestion 6@go-bad-chicken! I'm happy to pass this along 🙂

Really it's a an acid medicine and once they put out in the news they are testing /using it in large doses Bang out come the crazy price gouging sellers
I am not seeing the reporting button working on removing any of these and ton's getting sold.
How does ebay work the reporting ? Yes you moved swiftly to try to keep up on Mask , Wipes etc. But new items keep popping up
Are they prioritizing reports for price gouging since it's almost impossible for you to know what the next item will be
Sad to see all the upset buyers coming and slamming the site for allowing it .
Hi @labs118, things seem to be changing quickly in regard to Covid-19! We are doing our best to keep up with changing trends, such as the item you've mentioned here. We continue to monitor the site and take action against listings violating our policies (such as the price gouging policy). We do this by reviewing member reports and by proactively checking the site and taking appropriate actions.

OK I will give that a shot since there is no phone support right now. Thanks
Hi @gwzcomps, we do have email support for many topics and phone support is being reintroduced, but that Seller Help is the best course of action right now. You should receive a response to a request in Seller Help within 8-12 hours 🙂

If a seller's historical shipping time is next day- but they temporarily extend their handling to another time frame and don't ship for 3 days or 5 days- how long will it take the system to recognize the new historical shipping time and appropriately update delivery estimates for buyers?
Hi @coffeebean832, while I understand the desire for detail when it comes to this topic we wouldn't be able to share any more information on how estimated delivery dates are calculated beyond what we've already shared. Rest assured as long as you're shipping out in your stated handling time then you are meeting the promise you made to your buyer and protections will be extended if problems should arise 🙂
