The package size is ignored for a Flat Rate Legal Envelope. Did you mean to choose Priority Mail weight-based?

I feel I'm caught between a rock and a hard place on this one.
Am I protected by eBay for something like being the listing was a TRS plus listing and I did everything right?

Hey there @dentalsales4u they can be open for 30 days from the last action. You're welcome to reach out to the buyers and ask them to close it out as well or wait for them to time out.

Thats a BAD example...you are not showing the cost for "Priority". The circled price is a Flat Rate Envelope which wouldn't change.

I just check an order and its not showing the USPS surcharge either, is this a fluke, glitch or did ebay make a deal with USPS. Maybe the USPS seen how much money their losing, my mail lady has been running empty since the 2nd week of April, coming by 2-3 hrs earlier now almost every day.

That's pointing to a Flat Rate Legal Envelope, which has predetermined dimensions. If you select a custom package instead, with your dimensions entered as shown, do you see the surcharge applied then?

The new listing tool is a huge downgrade from the classic tool. 3x as much clicking and small view of photos with no way to enlarge them. Overall it is a much more time consuming and frustrating experience, certainly not appropriate for full time sellers working on a desktop, and I continue to be aghast that there is no choice to opt out. This is a huge problem for me and many other sellers as you can see if you sift through any thread on this topic. I am sure I speak for many in hoping to see an option to return to the classic listing tool as soon as possible. Thanks you very much for your time and response.

Hello @joplinbargainreseller they shouldn't be changing on their own unless the option you have filled out no longer exists, then it's just removed. On those occasions where it's changed, are you listing on the app or mobile? You may need to just fully clear out your cache and cookies to help avoid any issues with the listing process. If you see this happen again please make sure to reach out to CS so they can take a deeper dive, thanks!

Hey @saturdaystoys! The captcha is a way websites help to prevent spam, automated extraction of their data, etc.
I've experienced it myself in areas that seemed odd. It's most likely something on the back end triggering it though. If you've already tried clearing the cache and cookies and using different browsers and you continue to get that prompt, then it would be good to contact Customer Support to have it looked into further.
