I can't seem to edit a current template or add a new template. I update the changes that are needed and then when I hit save, it just keeps spinning. I tried rebooting. I tried using Google Chrome and Edge. Is there a glitch somewhere?

11/6/21, I cannot save a template either. Also photos won't save, getting the same circle of death....

Same problem but I went into my existing templates and edited one over and over to list yesterday. I understand some cannot access their existing templates, so this may not help everyone.

Yup still having the the same problem too. Started having this issue about the same time they rolled out the "upgrades" that broke paying for labels with paypal and the garbled messages that come partially in computer code. Ebay's motto must be "if it ain't broke we'll make sure it gets broke".

Mine worked better after they supposedly fixed me then it started again
I am not sure of the true source of the problem - I now see earlier posts in November where some
felt it had to do with now defunct categories that had been removed from item specifics but I am
not convinced - different times of day I get different results ie when not so busy
I have taken to getting the photos in , saving it, then going back and trying to add description as fast as I can- problem is items specifics in some categories is painful - duplicates like origin/ source
or date - and completely irrelevant specifics to that category. Its most discouraging
Looks like a hatchet job on item specifics - if you are an antique dealer it is very frustrating as many of
the appropriate / specific categories have vanished and become generalized which I don't think helps the search -I cant use the new listing tool would take me forever
it was better before the item specifics became the default
split Ebay in half - new retail merchandise in one platform, antiques & collectibles in another - good luck !

I was finally able to make the templates I needed a couple of days ago. Too bad I spent WEEKS adding item specifics for HUNDREDS of listings manually when I just needed 3 templates. The idea is to actually test your updates before you roll them out to everyone in the world, that way your website continues some semblance of functionality, and you don't break core features every other month.
