not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

They have done it again. You need to go list by list in order to see the items you have placed on them. I want to see all my items in one big list ... the purpose is to see what items are about to end and be able to bid/buy the item.

If I have to go list by list is a waist of time.

Please, reactivate the feature of clicking on "my ebay" and be able to see ALL LISTS MERGED!!!!!

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

It appears that eBay has finally completely removed the All Lists page, approximately two and a half years after removing all the links to that page from the site.

I suspected this removal might happen when the All Lists page began having problems deleting items a couple of months ago and users starting complaining to eBay that the page was not working correctly.

You can still reach individual lists by going through your Watch List page and using the Watchlist heading drop-down menu to select other lists. Bookmark each of your individual list pages to get to them without having to go through your Watch List page first.

I do not know of another way to combine all lists into one so that you can see which items in each list are ending soonest.

I am currently reorganizing my lists -- putting all auction items on my Watch List to make it easy to see which items are ending soonest when using a phone -- and putting Buy-It-Now items on other lists.

Getting rid of that feature makes it a real pain to find & delete my lists' ended items.

Being unable to reach each list from my bookmarks is also a big pain.

@fastgloria

Being unable to reach each list from my bookmarks is also a big pain.

You should still be able to bookmark each list; I prefer bookmarking a version of the list that shows 100 items per page. I find that is much quicker than going through the Watch List each time, and then changing the number of items shown.

https://www.ebay.com/myb/WatchList?custom_list_id=WATCH_LIST&page_number=1&items_per_page=100

If you put all of your list bookmarks in a single folder on a browser toolbar, you can right click on the folder and open each list in its own tab. Not quite as convenient as having everything on one list, but pretty handy.

By putting all my auctions on my Watch List and all my Buy-it-Now items on other lists I am able to keep an eye on my auctions that are ending soonest. Many of the BIN items relist automatically, and I only have to go through my other lists to view ended items once per week or so to re-watch the ones that are manually relisted or search out substitutes for those that sold.

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

I posted a similar reply several weeks ago; but I must admit that solutions seem to be much more lengthy and complicated than the original "All lists" page/link which in effect was a streamlined format that prevented the need to use links or bookmarks to multiple lists. Again, multiple lists was simply a way to categorize and save watched items; when filled, more specific lists could be created to allow saving and locating more items of interest; it was not used as a primary tool - that is the catastrophic problem. Removing a logical, simple and productive asset then creating an illogical,  complicated and unproductive "solution" is going to, by definition, create an undesirable result.  How about not only restoring "All lists", but a new and improved version with better layout, font, etc.; I'm sure there are professional users who be glad to volunteer and help build it for free as a service to themselves and the "community". Not answering, updating and only replying that the new "Watchlist" is an improvement only serves to convey sinister and nefarious implications which can only result in suspicion. Who knows, maybe something great is in the works, but doubt will continue without an update or specific communication.

These suggestions are not offered as "solutions", they are workarounds (at best) to achieve some of the functionality that was lost when eBay removed the "All Lists" page.

This thread and others like it are a response to that removal. If you find such suggested workarounds unproductive or undesirable, please feel free to disregard them or provide others you find are better.

If you have connections at eBay or among professional users that would be willing to implement that, I am sure that all the folks in this thread would be glad to hear it.

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

Yes, that eBay just removed the "all lists" is just terrible. And No, using the potion to have 100 items view at once is nota solution, it is a workaround.

But I am not hoping for any response from eBay or that they will even care, I tried to ask a simple question a year ago and have never gotten responses from less educated people. They did even answer questions I did not ask...

I'm sure you'd like to have all lists restored as well - isn't that the point of discussion?

I would indeed like to have that page restored. But that is not the reason why I am participating in this discussion.

Although there may have been times when eBay reversed a policy or restored an old page after an outcry on the discussion boards, I cannot actually think of any examples. No one would be happier than I if eBay brought that page back, but I am not going to hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

As I see it, the point of this discussion -- and this entire discussion board -- is to share tips, workarounds and best practices. To ask and answer questions.

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

This will be my last post or response on this important subject.

"I would indeed like to have that page restored. But that is not the reason why I am participating in this discussion."

Well...that is the reason for this specific discussion; from the OP, "...If I have to go list by list is a waist of time.

Please, reactivate the feature of clicking on "my ebay" and be able to see ALL LISTS MERGED!!!!!"

The OP is not looking for or specifically interested in a work around and stated that it's a waste of time, and I agree. Though I think it may be well intentioned, posting it after it was rejected by example could be a failure to comprehend the meaning of the original post which is not helpful and one response may indicate annoyance.

"...Although there may have been times when eBay reversed a policy or restored an old page after an outcry on the discussion boards, I cannot actually think of any examples..."

The classic "All selling" page was restored after being removed and converted to something that was unusable; that's just one example. Of course, no one would be interested in or remember that unless they are an active seller or as the saying goes about the tree falling in the woods - did it really happen if no one heard it? The answer is yes, and I have interpreted that the purpose of these repeated threads is to have the "All lists" page restored.

"...As I see it, the point of this discussion -- and this entire discussion board -- is to share tips, workarounds and best practices. To ask and answer questions."

Again, the point of the OP, as clearly stated, is to get the "All lists" page restored - as it has been in numerous threads; repeatedly pasting the same response which has already been rejected may be viewed as demonstrating an insensitivity to the problem. Although, as I have stated before, I did post this work around early on in another thread, but have realized that it is insufficient and it is truly painful to read these threads and hear the frustration that others are feeling; myself as well so the sooner it's restored, the happier we'll all be.

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

I'd had all my lists arranged as you suggest, in a bookmarks toolbar folder.  I have just gone thru and replaced them all.  Many thanks!

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

I contacted Ebay about this and they said would look into it. I believe it is just another problem they have created. I have 50 list. Now I have lost everything I was looking at when I go on My ebay.  I dont use the watch list. I only use it if I want the Seller to know I was watching.  To much trouble to go list to list to see what is there. I just kinda quite buying as much now.

Re: not able to access "all my lists" merged in one

Yep, I've pretty much given up until they fix the problem and bring back the "all lists" view to the Watchlist.  Too frustrating and time-consuming to go list-by-list, and I've already missed out on several items I was watching that were "hidden" from the main watchlist summary page.  I can't believe ANYONE thought that would be a good idea (especially right before the holiday buying/selling season).
