insertion fees error on revising an item

I usually revise many items on a daily basis and for the last 2 days once a revision is done, it is showing an insertion fee of 10 cents. All I am doing on the revision is adding an inventory number and typically lowering the price. There should not be a fee for that......anyone else having this problem??

As of last night when i called ebay, there were going to look into it but it is still happening today.

Have you looked at your invoice to see if you were actually charged?   When this glitch happens, usually the charge is NOT on the invoice.........

I have not....when I saw the fee I backed off to see if it will stop. Ebay is looking into the matter and recently i've been able to revise without seeing the fee
