I made a few "adults only" item purchases just last week using the Chrome browser on my Android phone. Now just this week whenever I try to do an adults only search, items come up in the adults only section, but when I go to click on an item to view, it brings me to the "Terms and Conditions" consent page as usual, then click "OK", then another disclaimer saying ebay has approved me to view adult content, so I tap the "OK" button again, and it attempts to let me view the adult DVD listing I clicked to view and in 2 seconds it redirects me right back to the "Terms and Conditions" page, and it just continuously redirects me!!! I tried clearing all the cache in my Android, particularly Chrome, that didn't work. I tried installing firefox, SAME PROBLEM. So please let me know, is anyone else experiencing this issue or is it just my phone acting up??? I just got off the phone with ebay customer service and they said I was the first person they've heard of experiencing this issue.

Unfortunately, the adult site cannot be accessed from a mobile device. You get the "two second" view and then the recylce back to the "terms and consitions" page. Customer service should know this.

I'm having the exact same problem. I know we could never view the adult only section from the App but I never had issue with the browser until this past week. This is incredibly irritating, and I also can't figure out where to actually report the issue either.

total agreement with your last line: customer service (CS) should indeed be aware!
(nb: IMO they don’t make notifying them as easy or direct as it should be - and while getting referred here is ok for chatter, hints, and workarounds, unfortunately i’ve seen no indication that CS really aware...one hopes the process isn’t simply CS now and again making serendipitous visits.)
what and how happens on my ios mobile is erratic: app and browser sometimes demands adult verification to see thumbnails, sometimes shows them but then demands verification to see item, sometimes evidencing the verification loop problem. i’ve tried many hints, upgrading the app/ios etc and behaviors change but it’s not fixed (aside from “do it on a desktop” which is a lame and inconvenient requirement...but it is a workable hint; thanks.)
does CS have this as a FIXME? i hope so but it’s an old issue and i just don’t know.
