My seller notification bell is all screwed up, giving me incorrect/outdated info.  Anyone else?

Mine is often outdated showing I should ship an item that has already been shipped.  Generally clears after a while.

Other times I see the bell lit, but then goes away when when I open a screen.

Just more eBay fun. 

Scary is when it says to ship an item that has sold, and I have no more of them.

My bell currently says 4 items need to be shipped.

When i go to my seller hub, only 1 item needs to be shipped.

My bell has been getting stuck for the last several days but it clears fairly quickly.

The shopping cart gets stuck, too.  I'll buy a couple of things, pay for them and for days thereafter, it shows items.

The forums bell was showing 101 for a while.

Yes mines changing from black to orange and then changing back again, we also can't delete watched items, we are also not seeing all items when searching in certain categories, we even had trouble logging in here to the community. Its a mess.

Currently there are problems with the old "All Lists" page:

Specifically, Watch List items deleted from the All Lists page are not being deleted from the All Lists page. If you are using the All Lists page, do not delete items directly from that list page; instead, try deleting (non-Watch List) items from the individual lists instead.

For Watch List items that cannot be deleted, try deleting those items from this "All Buying" page instead:

If the Watch List item you want to delete does not appear on that page, try adding the item to your Watch List again, refresh the "All Buying" page and then delete the item from the "All Buying" page.

not seeing all items when searching in certain categories

What search are you doing, and what items are not appearing when you do so? There are many possible reasons why an item might not appear in a given search, but if you can figure out what is going on, there is most likely a way to see what you want by searching a different way.

Thank you and I do appreciate your response, how frustrating to go to all those measures🤔. Very off putting for customers/users leading up to Christmas🙄.

However the search results are quite remarkable and would have a huge impact on sales in general. I'm located in Japan so when I search for listings there is a little Japanese flag at the top of my page the first photo is a listing(GSP) I have been watch before September. When I went to see more of the sellers item I got zero results (Japan) When I changed my location to US the sellers has over 1000 listings.

It's been 3 days since i posted this.  My bell still shows 3 more sales than i actually have.

I have 2 sales today.  2 orders to pack. My bell shows 5. 

Does ebay staff read this?

It's been about a week.  

My bell still shows 3 more orders than i actually have.  0 orders it shows 3. 10 orders it shows 13. 

It's no big deal but it is annoying.

How do i know if ebay is aware or fixing the problem?

Can you call customer service with a technical issue?  I never have.

Do the tech people read this board?

Just this morning- It showed 2 items as paid and needing to be shipped but they never showed up under my actual selling section.
