Today, I went to revise some of my 500+ listings. I randomly select items to revise based on date listed, # of watchers, price changes, etc. For some unexplainable reason, when I went to revise some of my listings, I get an error message. It says "Item can not be changed to auction style listing". "If you have questions, click here". Well first of all, I am NOT trying to change any fixed listings to auction style. I only clicked on the "revise" tab. Furthermore, there was no hyper link on the error message page to click on for "questions".
Who's running the show there at Ebay's Tech Dept?
How can sellers perform their daily tasks when these ridiculous technical issues that make no sense are created and then it seems to takes weeks to get it resolved??? I also tried the "end the listing" and "sell a similar item" tabs and they also do not work!!! Goes to the error page! But ironically, the "promote this item" tab is working! Unbelievable!!!
