Postage Issues when listing

Trying to list some more items but the option for USPS first class package has been taken off. Kept refreshing for over 1.5 hours now and no luck. Anyone else experiencing this issue when listing today??

No first class shipping option

First class shipping option is gone. Ebay wants me to send trading cards by media mail which is not permitted by USPS. my only option is parcel select ground which is almost double the price of first class. fix this now!
