Freaking eBay App LOADING glitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fix this glitch. It keeps "loading/reloading" then says Protocol error and sends you backwards... NOTHING HAS BEEN LOADING FOR 30+ mins and we've done everything from restarting app to phone!!!!!!!!!!
