Is there an issue with the "Growth Recommendation" tab?

On my seller hub, under the "growth recommendation" it says I have items. So I click on it and go to the growth page and it says "We didn't find any listings for you right now. Please try again later." So what gives?

No purchases in android app

I noticed yesterday I have no purchases in my ebay app. I made a purchase yesterday and today I received shipment confirmation notification,but when I open app and go to purchases it says "You don't have any purchases yet" !!! What's the problem?
