Getting this message when changing seller. only seems to be on FIREFOX.

As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:
Is this an Ebay problem? If I cannot get to my seller page then I cannot list or sell or ship.

Thanks. I kept at it, as several users have said the cache needs to be cleared multiple times. That seems to have done the trick. I don't have any script extensions or anything ... just whatever came built in with my browser. I'm not aware of having done anything differently that may have triggered the problem in the first place. I've been called a lot of things in my life, but a bot? Hmmm. Anyway, thank you to all for the fixes!

You are very welcome!
I do not think you are doing anything wrong at all -- whatever security setting is being triggered is far too sensitive, and lots of folks are suddenly having the same problem as you are right now. Something similar happened a couple of years ago and folks had problems until the security settings were dialed back to avoid the false triggering.

I'm using Chrome and same issue, can't log in.
Sometimes restarting Chrome fixes issue but then there is next issue with creating new listing.
I select previously created shipping policy but instead is Ebay creates a no sense shipping conditions.
When attempting to revise listing and attempting to change shipping policy to previously created shipping policy, there is no success. After saving listing still has this no sense shipping policy.

Happening to me as well when working on drafts. Very lousy experience.

It's doing that on Chrome as well.

I am seeing this almost daily at home, using latest of version of firefox. Goes away after clearing cache, but it is a pain. Nothing with my computer has changed, no adblocks, scripts, java is enabled ect ect.

Hey devon@ebay kyle@ebay elizabeth@ebay !
There are countless posts about this across the tech board, and several on the selling board.
I remember what @eburtonlab is referencing about this happening a couple years ago and not stopping until eBay adjusted their security settings which appear to be overzealous.
Can you get this escalated? One look over the first 2 pages of the tech board and you can get an idea of the scope.

Hey @wastingtime101 thanks for tagging us. It definitely looks like this has been causing a lot of friction for both new and experienced eBay users. We'll be glad to get this passed on!

This happens to me constantly using chrome. In fact it happened just now trying to reply to this thread.
I imagine maybe using uBlock is the only thing besides having multiple tabs opened at times, but I don't feel like allowing eBay to track everything about me and my browsing habbits, god forbid I retain some level on privacy...

It seems that eBay is using 3rd party bot detector which is having glitch at the moment. It's been 2 weeks and no one knows when it will be fixed.

eBay - FIX THIS NOW!
The "Pardon Our...." problem on sign in has been going on over a week, even reported by e-commerce bytes. Fix the sign in issue so we can get our work done.
