VIEWS NOT SHOWING

1) Zero views on items again today. Started a couple days ago on & off...there are people watching but ZERO views this morning on my entire store.

Anybody else noticing this issue and is there an ETA. 

2) also every time I get the login screen, it says that OOPS it doesn't match. I click again and it allows me in. What the heck is GOING ON

I also am experiencing no views and decreased sales over the past four to six weeks. I may not be able to afford to pay eBay without getting my sales back.

I’m having the same frustrating problem of not showing any page views, all “0” but my listings do show watchers count.... hope this gets fixed soon!

I have some bad news for you if you usually use "markdown manager" and "create a sale" - they suddenly started this idea that you can't create a markdown until the item has been listed for 14 days.  STARTED ON JUNE 25.

So if you usually create a sale for an item as soon as you list it (like 25% off) you will notice that the 'report' on your sale says 'skipped".  The item is not marked down.  Nor will your relists be able to be marked down, for 14 days.

This activity was apparently announced IN THE SUMMER UPDATE, BUT IT HAS CAUGHT ALL OF US FLAT-FOOTED.

I have over 1K items that will have to be price edited.  How am I going to do that??

doesnt work for me! even clicking on individual items, it doesnt show views! oh well, i dont trust ebay and the view counters anyhow!!!! sick of ebay!

It would be nice if eBay reimbursed or prorated sellers some of the money we spend on their services for stores, marketing, etc, when **bleep** like this happens

I can't help but think, Ebay is not going to fix anything, I think they are done, Letting Employes go, Not fixing anything, Sales dropping to 0 for so many sellers, All the signs are there!

I'm having the same problem.  I hope buyers understand that it's impossible to have watchers for an item yet no views.  It makes sellers look bad if there are no page views and I can't believe Ebay won't have the problem fixed until the end of July.  I'm sure that whatever update they rolled out to cause this they can just roll back until they fix the issue but that makes too much sense.  But yeah on the app on my phone I have to refresh the item multiple times and even then it still won't show the views.  On the desktop, it's the same thing.

I wonder what I can do to alert the buyers?  I only have a dozen or so listings so I may just write in each one:

"Dear buyer, ebay is having a glitch right now where page views aren't being displayed.  So even though the views show zero, I pinky promise that there are WAY more views than that.  Google it.  Matter of fact refresh the page after you've viewed it and it still will show zero.  Ebay is working hard to address the issue and they THINK it will be fixed by the end of July.  Thank you for your understanding."

Also noticed by checking other eBay sites , listings not showing out side country listed in . 

Have world wide postage  offered but items not showing = world wide sales also down and also have no idea how many people have seen the listing as also no counter working .  Based in Germany so seems to be a world wide problem.

I feel I've been quite lucky compared to some of you. 

I'm a new seller that has been selling for a month and I started experiencing issues about 4 days ago.

I have no views showing up and have had no new watchers or sales in that time.

I wasn't actually too annoyed by it cause these things happen and I thought I'd just contact ebay so they are more aware of the volume of people this is affecting. 

Contacted ebay today to be kinda brushed off. They said they were aware of the issues but that it would not be affecting my sales or listing views. They sent me a link on how to get my views to show up as 'best match' and said there was no etablished time line as to when the problems will be fixed. I asked if it would be days/weeks/months and they couldn't tell me.

I understand the support team/people we complain to are not directly responsible for the issue and they are probably sick of hearing about it but after having the chat ended on their part before I could completely voice my concerns I saw the whole thing as a waste of time that just made me frustrated.

What gives[ in my opinion]  is e bay is trying to save money by putting  Larry , Moe and Curly at the helm of the tech dept . Once this no views glitch is fixed ,, something else maybe even worse could follow  . If  they knew what they were doing  none of this would be happening in the first place . We may as well get used to it or pack up and go . Tulips
